He is very approachable and easy to get in touch with, which is reassuring and we get regular updates on current issues and how they may affect our personal finances.

We have had a working relationship now for over 20 years and it is one that I value enormously as I think finding someone who not only offers such a high quality, individualised service, but also invests his time and energy into making sure everything is explained and clear, being available for advice and questions and generally being a friendly and trustworthy personality is a very rare thing these days.
